Getting a bridging loan with Jasbec Bridging is simple, fast, and straightforward. We’ve streamlined the process so you can focus on your deal — not the paperwork. From initial enquiry to funding, we work closely with you every step of the way.
How it works
Step 1
Submit Your Application and Initial Call.
Submit your application and talk through your deal. We’ll ask for the key details — the property, purchase price, timing, and your exit strategy. This helps us understand exactly what you need and whether it’s something we can move forward with. If it makes sense, we’ll ask for a few documents to review the case.
Step 2
Review in 24–48 Hours
Our team will assess your case on its own merits — not against a rigid product sheet. Within 1–2 working days, you’ll have a tailored set of terms based on your project’s needs.
Step 3
Legals and Valuation
You can instruct your own solicitor, or we can speed things up with dual legal representation through our partners Sintons LLP, who can act for both sides. We’ll arrange a valuation either via a RICS surveyor or a quick desktop AVM, depending on the property.
Step 4
Get Funded
Once everything’s in place, we release funds fast — often within three working days. We stay involved throughout to make sure there are no surprises and no holdups.
